Join us for a fun, informational, and indulgent evening at Switch Bourbon & Tequila Bar on Thursday, October 23rd for our newest Switch Social series, Supper Club.
Come solo, with a date, or in a group! Tasting events are a great way to experience new flavors and meet other local enthusiasts. All guests are invited to arrive as early as 5:30PM to mingle with old and new friends before finding a seat. Supper will begin promptly at 6PM.
COURSES:
Moroccan Salad
cucumber, onion, tomatoes, roasted red pepper
Couscous Salad
tiny durum wheat semolina tossed with colorful vegetables, feta cheese, olives, garbanzo beans, & a fresh lemon herb dressing
Beef Tajine
beef with pitted prunes & sesame seeds
Chicken Tajine
roasted chicken with homemade lemon sauce & green olives
