Join us for a fun, informational, and indulgent evening at Switch Bourbon & Tequila Bar on Thursday, November 6th for our newest Switch Social series, Supper Club.
Come solo, with a date, or in a group! Tasting events are a great way to experience new flavors and meet other local enthusiasts. All guests are invited to arrive as early as 5:30PM to mingle with old and new friends before finding a seat. Supper will begin promptly at 6PM.
COURSES:
Quesa Birria Tacos + Don Julio Blanco
two handmade corn tortillas filled with cheese & tender shredded beef or chicken, seared in birria consommé, topped with pickled onions & cilantro, served with a side of consommé
Autumn Salad + Don Julio Reposado
romaine lettuce, butternut squash, fresh pear, dried cranberries, red onion, blue cheese, & house-made smoking vin dressing
Esquites + Don Julio 70
a harvest time favorite, equites is the Mexican word for "corn cut from the cob & cooked until tender" - topped with the traditional blend of mayonnaise, queso fresco, cilantro, lime, & mild chili
