They are also the masterminds behind Saigon Supperclub, Vietnam's exclusive dining experience, captivating over 350 diners monthly with our unique culinary adventures.
This event, welcome to La Fontaine French Bistrot, an exquisite establishment that proudly stands as the sibling to the renowned La Villa, honored with a 2023 Michelin-selected award.
Within these walls, Chef Thierry Mounon has orchestrated a captivating culinary journey, immersing you in the opulent traditions of French gastronomy. Drawing inspiration from the iconic bistros that grace the streets of France, La Fontaine offers an authentic and truly unforgettable dining experience from the moment you step foot through our doors.
What can you expect:
-Meet and greet with Chef Thierry Mounon, founder and chef of La Fontaine and award-winning La Villa (MICHELIN Select 2023)
-Aperitif on the terrace with free-flow drinks and canapes
Choose from draught beer, aperol spritz, Sangria, and house red and white wine
-A decadent French dinner spread:
Starters: Pate en croute, Leek, Salad lyonnaise, Salad carrot
Classic mains: Scallop, Chicken Rôti, Ribeye with pepper sauce and french fries as well as Veal blanquette
Desserts: Rum baba, Apple Tart, Flan Caramel, Profiteroles

ABOUT CHEF THIERRY
Chef Thierry Mounon is the mastermind behind the culinary concepts of La Villa French Restaurant and La Fontaine. In 2010, Thierry Mounon was 32-years-old and already an experienced chef who had worked in numerous Michelin-starred restaurants. He dreamed of a place where he would no longer be bound by the limitations of the 5-star hotels or high-end restaurants where he had previously worked and hoped to make a creative space to explore French gastronomy at his own pace, in an environment designed to showcase excellent ingredients along with tried and true techniques.
