WHAT: Swiss Train Rallye WHEN: Saturday 13 November - Sunday 14 November (you can choose if you want to do only Saturday or the whole weekend)
MEETING POINT: Depending on the group you are assigned to but around 7:30 and 8:00
RETURN: Depending on the group you are assigned to but around 20:00 and 21:00 at Cornavin Train Station if you only participate on Saturday November 13th and around 21:45 on Sunday November 14th if you participate the whole weekend
PRICE: CHF 15.- for one day and CHF 72.- for the whole weekend

ESN Genève vous propose de participer au Swiss train Rallye, un évènement national de ESN Suisse. Vous allez voyager à travers plusieurs villes suisses sous forme de Rallye en train. Vous serez par équipe et votre but sera de gagner des points en effectuant des défis tout au long du parcours (pendant les trajets et dans les villes). Le parcours est secret ;)
C’est une occasion formidable de rencontrer des ERASMUS issus des sections de toute la Suisse. De plus, les trajets en train en Suisse sont connus pour avoir les plus beaux paysages.
Tu pourras participer à une seule journée (le samedi 13 novembre 2021) ou à tout le weekend (du samedi 13 novembre 2021 au dimanche 14 novembre 2021). Si tu participes uniquement à la journée du samedi, tu seras de retour à Genève vers 20h-21h. Si tu participes tout le weekend, tu dormiras dans une ville suisse. La ville finale est secrète mais tu peux t’attendre à une fête incroyable et une bonne nuit de sommeil pour repartir en forme le lendemain et continuer le Rallye.
ATTENTION : LE NOMBRE DE PLACES POUR LE WEEKEND EST LIMITÉ À 14 PERSONNES !!!

INSCRIPTIONS
Les inscriptions seront ouvertes JEUDI 28 Octobre 2021 à 18h00 via un Google Form. Un lien sera publié sur l’évènement à ce moment-là.
Dans le Google Form vous pourrez indiquer si vous souhaitez participer uniquement à la journée du samedi 13 novembre 2021 ou si vous souhaitez participer à tout le weekend.
Attention, les places pour le weekend étant très limitées (uniquement 14 places de disponibles), premier arrivé, premier servi ! Si vous ne parvenez pas à avoir une place pour le weekend, vous serez automatiquement inscrit pour la journée du samedi.
Les 14 premières personnes inscrites recevront un email de confirmation confirmant leur place pour le weekend. Tout le reste recevront un email de confirmation pour la journée du SAMEDI. Les places pour la journée de samedi sont limitées à 60 personnes.
Ton inscription est un engagement à ta participation à l’événement. Les places sont NOMINATIVES, une personne inscrite ne pourra pas échanger sa place avec un de ses amis. Si tu as un empêchement ou des symptômes du Covid, n’oublie pas de nous prévenir au plus vite pour laisser ta place à quelqu’un d’autre ! De plus, la carte ESN (10 CHF) est obligatoire pour participer au voyage.
Il est possible que nous prenions des photos durant cet événement, écris-nous en privé si tu ne souhaites pas apparaître sur les photos publiées sur nos réseaux sociaux.
N'oublies pas ton masque et surtout informe-nous immédiatement si tu présentes un quelconque symptômes du COVID-19.

Hi everyone!
ESN Geneva invites you to participate in the Swiss train Rally, a national event of ESN Switzerland. You will travel through several Swiss cities by a train rallye. You will be in teams and your goal will be to earn points by completing challenges along the route (on the train and in the cities). The route is secret ;)
This is a great opportunity to meet ERASMUS from all ESN sections in Switzerland. Moreover, train journeys in Switzerland are known to have the most beautiful landscapes.
You can participate one day only (Saturday, November 13, 2021) or the whole weekend (from Saturday, November 13, 2021 to Sunday, November 14, 2021). If you participate only on Saturday, you will be back in Geneva around 8-9 pm. If you participate the whole weekend, you will sleep in a Swiss city. The final city is a secret but you can expect an incredible party and a good night's sleep so that you can continue the rally the next day.
ATTENTION: THE NUMBER OF PLACES FOR THE WEEKEND IS LIMITED TO 14 PEOPLE!

REGISTRATION
Registration will open THURSDAY, October 28, 2021 at 6:00 pm via a Google Form. A link will be posted on the event page at that time.
In the Google Form you will be able to indicate if you wish to participate only on Saturday, November 13th 2021 or if you wish to participate in the whole weekend.
Attention, the places for the weekend are very limited (only 14 places available), first come, first served! If you do not manage to get a place for the weekend, you will automatically be registered for the day of Saturday.
The first 14 people to register will receive a confirmation email confirming their spot for the weekend. All other registrants will receive a confirmation email for SATURDAY. The number of places available for Saturday is limited to 60 people.
Your registration is a commitment to attend the event. The places are NOMINAL, a registered person will not be able to exchange his place with one of his friends. If you are unable to attend or have Covid symptoms, please let us know as soon as possible so that someone else can take your place! Moreover, the ESN card (10 CHF) is mandatory to participate in the trip.
It is possible that we take pictures during this event, write to us privately if you do not want to appear on the pictures published on our social networks.
Don't forget your mask and inform us immediately if you have any COVID-19 symptoms.
