About this Event
The Swiss Armyness is a deceptively simple tie with a myriad of interesting applications. Ultra minimal, quick to tie, and surprisingly sustainable with seemingly endless variations it has versatile applications both on the ground and in the air.
In this 201 level class we'll be covering the original basic form of the tie on the ground, as well as a few variations for arm positions emulating classical forms, and some minimalistic lower body applications including a hip harness and agura.
Riggers should be familiar with both single columns and in-line column or hojo cuffs, as well as having good tension management.
Models should be comfortable with pressure on the arms, as well as having very good communication skills
Skill level - 201 beginner intermediate, familiar with rope basics, exploring harnesses
