About this Event

Come dance along to the swingin sounds of The Blue Tangerines - a new Seattle Swing Band.

The Blue Tangerines is a Seattle-based Jazz Quintet dedicated to performing and improvising over swing dance music. Focused on presenting reinterpretations of the Great American Songbook and the bebop repertoire, the group strives to maintain the spirit and riveting energy of the swing era in a small-ensemble format. With each performance, the Blue Tangerines hope to create exciting music that soars across the dance hall, inviting the Seattle community together in celebration of the Art of Swing.

If you love to Lindy Hop, stop on in! We're charging $5 ONLY to dance the night away.

There will be someone providing guidance on some steps, but we encourage you to feel the music and see how it moved you (no one will judge- scouts honor!).

This event will be BYOB.
