Join us for an unforgettable month of live jazz and community celebration! WFIU returns to Dunn Meadow every Friday for our annual Swing in September concert series. 🎶Our third weekend will feature The Plummer Jazz Quintet. Known for their tight interplay and creative arrangements, the group brings a fresh, energetic approach to classic and contemporary jazz. While typically directed by Professor Greg Ward, the ensemble is currently performing under IU student leadership during his sabbatical, showcasing the initiative and talent of IU’s next generation of jazz artists.
As always, this event is 100% free and pet-friendly. Bring blankets or lawn chairs, a friend, and your love of public media. ❤️
