About this Event

Join us for a day of fun, philanthropy, and fierce competition at the Swing for Change Golf Tournament, benefiting domestic violence survivors and their children in New Hanover County. This event is your chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of those affected by domestic violence, while enjoying a round of golf at one of the area’s premier courses.

Coffee will be provided thanks to the generosity of Port City Java.

Lunch will be provided thanks to the generosity of J. Michael's Philly Deli.

About Swing for Change: Swing for Change is more than just a golf tournament. It's a community effort to support survivors of domestic violence and their children. All proceeds from the event will directly fund essential services provided by our organization, including:

24-hour Crisis Intervention: Available 365 days a year, offering immediate support and safety planning for those in urgent need.
Emergency Shelter: Providing a safe place to sleep for survivors and their children.
Advocacy and Support: Helping survivors navigate legal systems and access resources.
Financial and Material Assistance: Assisting with basic needs to help survivors regain stability.
Empowerment Groups: Facilitating recovery and resilience through community and support.
One-on-One Counseling and Support Groups: Offering personalized and group-based therapeutic support.
Children's Programs: Creating a safe and nurturing environment for the youngest survivors.
