About this Event
These are the two most effective, yet complex movements there are to learn. We will break down the swing and string together the getup so you have the confidence to do each of these effectively, safely, and efficiently. The Turkish Getup is great for coordination, balance, stability, full body strength, and mobility. The swing is by definition a power movement that is low impact, increases strength, improves endurance, and can be done with just one bell.
Open to all levels.
Please wear comfortable clothing!
Our lower level parking garage is located on the east side (Sheffield ave) of our building. You will take ticket, and our team will validate it before you leave. There is an elevator in the parking garage, and you can take that up to the 2nd floor. There will be someone outside the elevator to greet you. If you are coming in from our main entrance off of North ave, you can take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor.
