Come and find out about swimrun or improve your skills. An intro talk about the sport and kit is followed by the opportunity to have a go, test kit, chat with the experts and get out into the water. Friendly experienced Otillo World Championship swimrunners Mr and Mrs B (Bill and Chrissy Langford) will be on hand to share their swimrun wisdom. Jude Palmer will be doing her exceptional thing with swimming and running coaching. Fenland Runner will be there with swimrun kit and Sumarpo swimrun wetsuits. This much help and experience in one place is not to be missed!!
Morning or afternoon sessions available

Bring the swimrun kit you have or just your swim/running gear and trainers with thin socks
