New students welcome!Made popular through the writings of Cheng Man Ching, “Swimming in Air” is a valuable fundamental component of Tai Chi Chuan that is rarely taught. It refers to a deep level of integrating all the systems of the body for a more powerful movement in thr form and better health.
In this workshop, Master Bruce Frantzis and Senior Instructor Craig Barnes will go through the major systems of the body - including muscle, fascia, ligaments, tendons, and blood - show how they are accessed in Daoist Neigong, and teach how to integrate them within the whole body.
