This maybe for lots of reasons. Lack of confidence, SEN, stuggles with noisy environments, struggling with submersion, struggling to breathe to the side, or with their breaststroke legs or timing and many many more.
This half term holidays Making Waves are doing 1:1/2 lessons at St Teresa's Effingham.
All 1:1 or 1:2 lessons are £30 per 30 minute session.
Stroke clinic being lead by Johnny Ayling is a 2 hour session covering Starts, turns and the competitive strokes.
