As a Senior Sport Executive and after over 20 years of experience working in the Aquatics and Recreation Industry, Nicole is now the Founder and Owner of Strategic Sporting Solutions. She provides a range of professional services to enhance the power of sport, aquatics, leisure and recreation in communities.
From the grassroots community-based setting through to the High Performance level, sport enriches our lives... YET, these environments come with risk, have high resourcing requirements, and often low budgets making it tricky to keep up with the many legal and compliance obligations that come with operating a business.
She understands the context and complexities sports administrators often face. Her services are designed to help optimise the strategic direction and operational environments for businesses, clubs and programs in sport.
