CrossFit Envision is doing swim training at the beach to prepare for Atlantic Coast Classic formally known as Bacon Beatdown. You do not have to be signed up for the competition to attend this training session. We will training 200m, 400m, and lifeguard runs. We will be working on the transitions and will have sandbags and worms available as well. Summer is coming...
