Join me for a fun evening wild swim session. From the sauna we'll walk through the beautiful woods of Traquair to the River Tweed for a swim and if the conditions allow, a swoosh down the river to a beautiful deep pool. Afterwards, we'll warm up during a 60 minute sauna session. This session is not suitable for wild swim beginners.
