75 mins of coached squad swimming, following Swim Smooth methodology.The session is mostly freestyle with a selection of drills in the warm up so you will need fins, pullbuoy and paddles with you.
If you can swim anything from 2:20 per 100m upwards, you can join us, as we have the entire pool, and plenty of lanes to cater to all abilities
You DO need to be able to swim freestyle however!
We may also use tempo trainers to manage and set your paces and rest intervals, so expect to be challenged.
