Swimming Skills & Beginner Techniques – T3 starting 6pm Fri 18th July Looking to improve your technique, fitness, and overall swimming skills?
Technique Sessions - Outside pool Friday evenings 6pm with Maxine (yes you heard right, MAXINE is doing us a special favour just for JTP yaaay!!!)
Suitable for those who can manage a slow 25m lap (but can save yourself from the deep)
This is a 10-week block, cost $100 to JTP Club, plus pool entry
You MUST book to secure your spot, spaces limited – message Kerris ASAP
Side lane - Yes the edge is right there, you can rest any time you like!
• All abilities welcome. Suitable for all levels that can swim in the deep, even if you are slow really still. Come along, have fun, and pick up some tips for more efficient swimming.
• Once you are capable, you will be invited to Monday evening’s 6pm Improver fitness sessions with Henk.
Ideal to get a foundation for next Summer’s triathlons or lake swims. IE Napier’s Ironmaori, Blue Lake multisport festival, Women’s Generation Homes triathlon, Suffer ¼ or ½ and Ironman Taupo in March 2026.

To Bring:
Togs, swim cap, goggles (can buy all these from reception)
Any swim toys if you have them, but not necessary
Cash for pool entry fee
