Our third Swim Session of the season.
As is annual tradition, we’re returning to The Line Hotel Austin to host Swim Sessions—a five-part poolside series, leading up to The Front Festival 2026.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Hang by the pool or sport a suit. It’s-the-weekend energy encouraged (but not required). Bring your faves.

Tickets are $10 by donation OR free for and The LINE Hotel guests.
Your ticket includes your pool pass—and is required to attend. This event is 18+. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent.

ABOUT THE DJS
Sonder is a DJ and creative producer. Originally from Detroit, she got her start in Austin as the co-founder of Do Not Disturb Collective, a celebrated party and community event series amplifying Black Austin creatives and local favorites. As a DJ, her sets blend house, jazz and R&B, with regular residencies in venues across the city. @sonderlovehall — @donotdisturbcollective
Jasmin Porter (JP) is a creative entrepreneur from Oakland, CA who exhibits her creativity through photography, event production and DJing. She is the co-founder of Do Not Disturb Collective, as well as many collaborative local event series in Austin, Texas. Her daytime and nightlife productions welcome thousands of Austin residents annually. @jasminxassassin — @donotdisturbcollective
PREPARE YOUR VISIT
VENUE LOCATION + ACCESSIBILITY — All Swim Sessions will be held at The Line Hotel Austin pool deck, which is located at 111 E Cesar Chavez St, Austin, Texas 78701. The venue is wheelchair-accessible and all activities will occur on the ground floor.
PARKING — We highly encourage utilizing rideshare or carpooling as there is limited valet parking available onsite. This venue is easily accessible by Austin public transportation, too.
OUR COMMUNITY SAFETY GUIDELINES —
- All Future Front staff, volunteers and guests will be required to practice mutual respect, as well as demonstrate an alignment with Future Front’s code of conduct and values.
- Capacity is limited to reduce crowding of any kind and all events will be held in primarily outdoor and open-air spaces or have access to proper ventilations and well-maintained A/C systems.
- At Future Front events, all guests are expected to follow Austin-local health and safety guidelines for gatherings, as well as practice consideration with the consumption of tobacco, alcohol and any other legal, mind-altering or dangerous substances and objects. This includes:
- As Future Front strives to be a good neighbor, we also discourage the use of tobacco products on the property of nearby businesses and residences, to improve air quality, throughout our events.
- Tobacco use and electronic smoking device use are not permitted at any time within Future Front properties and event spaces at least 15 ft from entrances, exits, operational windows, or ventilation system intake vents.
- Littering of tobacco-related products on the grounds or parking lots is also prohibited.
- Concealed or open weapons and firearms (including handguns) are not allowed at any Future Front venues.

Forever featuring emerging creatives, consider this series a love note to their work and an intro to the city we call home.
Homegrown in Austin, Future Front is an award-winning cultural space and public exhibition series—with women and LGBTQ+ creatives at the front.
As a 501c3 arts and culture nonprofit, we produce two annual community-led exhibitions, The Front Market and The Front Festival, platforming independent artists and creatives across disciplines in Texas. Beyond our flagship exhibitions, we host seasonal shows and workshops at our creative space in East Austin, welcoming 20,000+ visitors per year. Through these programs and a diverse network of partnerships, we invite the public (including you) to dream of a future where local art and creativity thrive in Texas—where we see ourselves and our cultures reflected in our communities.
The LINE Hotel Austin is located in Downtown Austin, Texas.
Once home to a jazz club that broadcast live on local radio in the late 1960s, the hotel is part of Downtown history and holds a cultural legacy as unique as the city itself. Today, you can find a little bit of everything HERE—art, food, design—even nature.
