Miller Swimming presents a free Swim Clinic specifically designed for She Tris participants. The clinic will focus on swimming technique and race prep for She Tris pool swim portion of the triathlon. Specific focus will include:-how to start the swim
-practice the snake swim strategies
-practice covering the distance of the swim (and optional timing)
-practice skills to help ease any anxiety about the swim.
The clinic is held August 4th, at the Barclay Downs Swim & Racquet Club at 9:00 AM. All registered participants for any She Tris event in 2024 are welcome to attend.
Please come dressed to swim and bring a water bottle, goggles, swim cap, and a towel. Onsite parking, locker rooms, and showers will be available.
