Well, this is the next evolution – a brand new Swim & Run event at Kohi, running every Thursday evening from October 21 to March.
💥 What’s On: Paul Neshausen Barfoot and Thompson Swim and Run Series
🏊♀️ Swim Distances: 500m, 1000m, or 1500m
🏃♂️ Run Distances: 3km to 6km – a scenic coastal run to cap it off
🎶 Great Music & Epic Vibes – Feel the rhythm as you push your limits
