About this Event
Join us on the evening of August 18th for a fine dining experience benefiting Austin’s own Operation Turkey.
This event starts with a cocktail hour and live music at 5pm, followed by seating at 6:15pm for a unique five-course dinner, prepared by a powerhouse of local Chefs:
- Edgar Cuspinera - Executive Chef of Swift's Attic
- Janelle Reynolds - Chef/Co-Owner of @t Large Private Chefs
- Conner Gilbreath - Chef De Cuisine of Eberly
- Special Celebrity Guest Chef...announced at the dinner!
This unique experience is limited to 100 people for $125* per plate with the proceeds directly benefiting Operation Turkey. (*An Eventbrite fee of $10.23 will be added to each ticket at checkout.)
All seafood served at the event is caught by Operation Turkey Board Members Brian Tolbert and Kevin Grogan; then flown direct from Ketchikan, Alaska to Austin, Texas. The main courses include a variety of wild-caught halibut and salmon. If you're lucky, some times they catch special treats like spot prawns, tiger prawns,cod, Dungeness crab and octopus to share with everyone. Known as the “Salmon Capital of the World”, Ketchikan always delivers unparalleled quality seafood.
