SWIFT Summit (Annual Southern Women in Film and Television) Summit Oct 4-8

On OCTOBER 4-7th 2023, Nashville Women In Film and Television will host the 2023 Southern Women

in Film & Television (SWIFT) Summit will be Held at a LOCAL Hotet and information will be updated before August 1st.

We will onceagain assemble entertainment industry professionals from across the country to share their

unique stories, examine current issues in filmmaking and discuss a variety of topics that greatly

impact women. The summit will host Master Classes, panel discussions, and Q&A’s with

speakers.

Objectives of SWIFT:

• To educate by providing opportunities for learning and talent expansion through panel

discussions, speaking presentations and workshop participation.

• To empower and encourage women to become involved in creative and artistic career

pursuits through seminar leaderships, artistic showings and program planning and

coordination.

• To entertain by offering networking and social events, panel presentations and

participative activities.

The event will also feature social activities and entertainment, including musical performances, a

fashion extravaganza spotlighting well known designers and networking opportunities with

successful film industry leaders from all over the South. The SWIFT Summit features education,

imagination and fun!
