Following the success of our workshop at Iron Worx Gym, Strongwoman Ireland is delighted to announce that we will be holding an Intro to Strongwoman competition back at Siobhans gym. This competition will be for TOTAL BEGINNERS. So if you've been considering a change and want to give something different a try, or maybe you want to set a new challenge, or prephaps you really enjoyed the workshop and think this sport could be for you.. This is your opportunity!!
There will be 3 categories:
Under 80kg
Over 80kg
Masters
The events will be events that can be trained in any gym environment, including the commerical of commercial gyms. We intend to also release videos showing everyone how to train for this.
