Strongwoman Ireland Beginners 2.0 and Novice!After a successful beginners competition in July we're bringing it back for a second edition, and this time including a Novice category for anyone wanting that extra bit of a challenge.
Beginners is ideal for anyone who are new to strongwoman and looking to gain experience, please do not enter if you have competed in multiple strongwoman competitions, however if you are coming from another strength sport (i.e powerlifting/CrossFit/Weightlifting etc) and want a taste of strongwoman you are more than welcome to enter. Anyone who has podiumed at a beginners comp in the past are not allowed to enter the beginners category. If you have previously competed in a beginner competition and have not podiumed you are welcome to sign up.
Novice is ideal for anyone who has competed in a few strongwoman competitions and wants a bit more of a challenge. Anyone who has not competed at a national level in strongwoman (i.e Ireland's Strongest Woman, INSF Nationals) or international level are welcome to sign up!
