This February marked the 15th year since the establishment of SWFHR, and we’d like to invite you to celebrate with us on April 5, 2025. So, come out to 14811 SR31, Punta Gorda, FL 33982, to enjoy the country outdoors, sun, horses, music, and hopefully cool weather to help judge a winner for this year’s Cook-Off. This all-outdoor event is guaranteed to keep you and your family entertained. Entry into the Event is FREE. Additional fees will apply to many areas inside the event.
The Chili Fest was created to give everyone the chance to explore our facility at SWFHR for free within limits. While it celebrates our work with horses, it's for anyone who enjoys a fun day in the country. Guests can learn about our rescue efforts, enjoy chili, participate in the "Monster Raffle Row," get face painting, or indulge in delicious food.
