Are you ready to join the S'WET squad this summer?? S'WET returns to the West Reading Pool for Summer 2025! S'WET is Structured Water Exercise Training designed to incorporate unique blocks focused on H.I.I.T., strength and advanced cardio training, plus a splash of FUN, that will challenge your entire body and make you S'WET. Modifications can be offered to make all participants feel successful!
Classes will be held on Monday's at the West Reading Pool at 6:30pm and the cost is $11 cash. This is an outdoor class that is weather dependent. Wear your bathing suit and water shoes are strongly recommended. Bring a water bottle! Plan to arrive a few minutes early to allow time for street parking in the neighborhood and a short walk to the pool. Restrooms are available for your use.
