The Swellnet secondhand board yard sale event is on again at Freshwater this September.It's all in the name of raising funds for Lifeline Northern Beaches by providing a free market place to sell your new or unused boards (not trashed) with a percentage of each purchase going to Lifeline.
We're holding the event in the same spot as last year, on the grass in front of The Pocket Cafe (end of Kooloora Ave) to allow for easy access to drop off and pick up boards.
Rock up, see me or one of my helpers, and put a price on your board along with a number, then come back before 1pm to grab your cash or collect your board.
For boards under 200$, $20 will be donated to Lifeline and for boards over $200, 10% will go to Lifeline.
Also sales over a certain amount (to be decided) will get a voucher to spend at our friends and supporters The Pocket Freshwater and Butterbox Cafe.
