Join Chef Kate Fraser in this hands on interactive cooking workshop to learn all about the in's and out's of crabbing in our beautiful westcoast waters.

What You Will Learn:

• Crabbing rules and regulations
• How to identify the crab in your trap as males/females
• How to size crabs for retention
• Where to crab for the best yields
• How to process crab for cooking
• How to cook crab
• How to crack through a crab and get the most meat, easily (no shredding with picks)
