About this Event
Come join us for our holiday social in historic Sugar Land! Our social club "Hard To Make Friends As An Adult" will be celebrating the holiday season - come make new friends & get into the holiday spirit as we mingle in the sweetest city of all. Ticket includes open hot chocolate/espresso martini bar and more!
Ticket is $25 ($15 for our premium members! Join !) and includes:
-Open Hot Chocolate & Espresso Martini Bar
-Best Dressed Contest
-Ornament decorating + holiday card station, themed music, photo ops, & more!
-Optional post-event scenic Christmas light display walk to Talyard Brewing Co.

Event Schedule:
Open hot chocolate + espresso martini bar goes from 4pm-6pm
Ornament decorating & holiday card stations open from 4-6pm
Best Dressed Contest: 5:30pm
Parking + Additional Information:
Street parking available at Lonnie Green Park - actual event taking place at the corner of 2nd street and Wood street. Event is rain or shine - please dress for the weather! Dressing up on theme for the holiday season is encouraged! Best Dressed Contest at 5:30pm. Event is 21+
Vendors:
We love building community and introducing our members/attendees to local businsses. If you would like to display/sell your art, jewelry, merchandise craft items, treats, etc - please let us know and we would be happy to add you to our list of vendors for guests to peruse! Vendors may display for free, however you will need a ticket to partake in the open bar & craft stations.
Refunds: We are a small + local social club and plan each event around an accurate final headcount. For that reason, we cannot provide refunds up to seven days prior to an event. We do NOT provide refunds for any reason. If the event is canceled or rescheduled on our end, we will give full refunds. Event is rain/shine.

We are not associated with Imperial Sugar Factory, Talyard Brewing, or any vendors at this event. This event is a "Meetup" with our social club. All attendees are responsible for their alcohol consumption & any additional purchases made (food, drinks, etc) outside of the event! Event is 21+
Social Anxiety?!
We get it. It's weird to meet strangers off the internet - & our parents definitely told us not to! Our premium membership "verifies" all members so you can feel safer attending. We recommend grabbing a drink (alcoholic or non!) to have something to hold/sip for the inevitable awkward silences. Planning ahead, dressing in something that makes you feel confident, & thinking of some of your interests/potential conversations before arriving are some tips to ensure you have a fun night. Not to self-promote but our podcast is also pretty helpful to learn some friending basics!
