Shakespeare in the Park Charitable Trust presents its 25th production of Shakespearean-based, outdoor shows, Sweet Swan of Southland! FOUR PERFORMANCES!
The show (75 minutes duration), features a troupe of travelling actors hell-bent on bringing the Bard's brilliance to any audience they can muster, regardless of age or Shakespearen knowledge. This is accessible Shakespeare for all, with songs, audience interaction and even a dog-puppet! You''ll experience some of the best bits of Much Ado about Nothing, Romeo and Juliet and Hamlet. In short, it's an entertaining mash-up, with the chance for you to enjoy the last gasps of Summer, in our glorious Queens Park.
Pack the picnic, the kids, your grannies, bring chairs if you like, or blankets (one for sitting, one for warmth!!). See you there!
