This experience is all about comfort, so please bring whatever items that will allow you to get fully comfortable. The studio has yoga mats and blankets available, but feel free to bring your own yoga mat to lie on, pillow, blanket, eye mask, and water, if desired. Option to bring any crystals you would like charged.
Doors will open 15 minutes before scheduled start time. Please check in with your name upon arrival. Doors will close and not reopen after 5 minutes in to protect the sound bath from interruption. Ages 16+ only.
