"Dreams are the guiding words of the soul."Carl Jung
Across cultures and spanning centuries, dreams have been a source of inspiration and guidance.
They can be mysterious, exciting, exhilarating and terrifying all at once.
But how do our own personality traits affect our interpretation of dreams? Are you a thinking type of person? Do you awake from a dream focused on the imagery, maybe reaching for a dream book to define what each symbol means?
Or perhaps you are a feeling type, reflecting on the emotion of the dream for the rest of the day? It’s so easy to miss the message when we slip into our usual waking day attitudes.
Join us in this dream themed creative workshop where we will consider our dreams through a unique artistic process that will help unlock their hidden gifts.
Together we will unpack our dreams and create Mandalas that aim to focus them in a new light.
No prior knowledge or experience is required and all materials are provided*. Workshops are fun and relaxed, be part of a wonderful group with psychotherapist Ruby Ajula and artist Rachel Cox acting as your guides.
*We do suggest for this class that you make a dream journal and try to capture as much as you remember from your dreams each morning, including any imagery, feeling, tone, sensation.
