Beginning January 2026 Osiris Kitchen will be offering cooking classes in person at our production kitchen in Pelham ON....here is the outline for the 1st class...they will be held on Saturdays from 12-3pm. The first date is Jan 24, 2026. Classes are limited to 5 people. Message or call if you would like more info or if you are interested in purchasing tickets!
In this class you will learn how to make this classic French pastry with both a savory and sweet filling. You will leave the class with 1/2 dozen of each kind. Tickets are 75$ for a 3 hour class in our fully licensed commercial kitchen. It's a super fun and informative winter activity to enjoy with friends!
