In this hands-on afternoon class, she will help you to make a batch of her Basic Scone Dough and then turn it into Blueberry Lemon Scones—including how to properly cut the butter into the flour, and then, blend, form, cut and bake the scones. While they bake, you will enjoy Greek Herb & Feta Scones. By the end of class, you will go home with hands-on experience, your freshly made batch of scones and a formula that you can use to make scones to match any mood!
