About this Event
On this one day course you will learn to work with enriched doughs in order to produce a variety of delicious products. Enriched doughs often include eggs, milk or sugars and often also incorprate other flavourings such as honey, dried fruits and so on, or if a savoury enriched dough it might include cured meats, onions or cheese. It's helpful if you have some experience in breadmaking, but not essential and I will guide you through the steps. You will make at least four different products based on enriched doughs that you will get to take home along with my recipes - and have some fun along the way!
