goneMUNE (pronounced “GONE-MOON”) is a staple of Singapore’s underground dark experimental / alt-pop scene, known for evocative storytelling centered on trauma recovery and a genre-defying sound that blends retro synthwave with a futuristic, experimental edge. Mervin Wong crafts expansive sound worlds that collapse tradition into futurism, using layered electronics and immersive textures to explore space, emotion, and new possibilities in live electronic performance beyond conventional formats.
