Sweaty Mama Strength is a 6 week post natal course aimed at rebuilding the strength and fitness of new Mum's allowing you to train in a relaxed and safe environment and have the chance to meet other new Mum's in the area too all whilst having your little one/s with you while you train.
Each week we will build on gaining strength back in the core and pelvic floor as well as improving posture, correct exercise techniques developing all over body strength and fitness all whilst having fun and involving your little ones too if you wish!
Each 45 minute class is different every week, consisting of a 10 minute warm up and pelvic floor activation, 35 minutes of exercise and a 5 minute cool down and stretch.
The class is designed for Mum's 6-12 weeks postpartum (ensuring your medical professional has cleared you to return to exercise again) and is a 6 week continuous course so please ensure you can attend all dates within the block.
