This November, warm up your body and your spirit in a temperature-controlled infrared workout environment designed to help you feel your best at your own pace. Whether you're brand new to fitness, coming back after a break, or looking to spice up your wellness routine, HOTWORX has something for everyone — and this free event is the perfect way to try it out!
What makes HOTWORX different? Inside each private/semi-private infrared saunas are workout spaces, infrared heat and isometric postures or HIIT-style movements come together to maximize your results. Working out in heat helps burn calories faster by raising your core body temperature — increasing heart rate, circulation, and metabolism while loosening your muscles and reducing workout strain. Added infrared energy benefits:

Each session is guided by a virtual trainer with audio, video, and subtitles — so you can move in the way that works best for you. Sessions run every 15–45 minutes in 24/7-accessible pods. For this event, we’ll help you choose a time and explore a workout (or two!) that feels good in your body.
Extras & what to bring:
Water bottle & sweat towel (hydration and sweat are real here!)
HOTWORX provides exercise bands, yoga mats, and yoga towels
Non-heated gym area available for weight training or cool-down stretches
On-site shower if you'd like to freshen up - bring your own shower supplies and bath towels
Optional use of the HOTWORX Burn Off App to track your progress, calories, and connect with others in the HOTWORX community
