About this Event
Love Always Sanctuary founder and vegan chef, Nickie Mingarelli, will greet and welcome you to this exclusive event. You'll sit down to a beautifully set table outside in the crisp, autumn weather where you will be served a three-course meal consisting of an organic spring salad, with organic, homemade roasted yellow tomato vinaigrette, fresh sourdough bread with a balsamic reduction dipping sauce, and a decadent chocolate mousse topped with whipped cream- all vegan.
After dinner, we will open up the barnyard so that you can meet our beloved residents including donkeys, goats, sheep, pigs, and more. And, because November is a month where 46 million turkeys lose their lives in the name of 'tradition', we will celebrate our two turkeys, Slim and Puff, with some of their favorite treats.
