FIT4MOM Frederick and Frederick Social are proud to present this special Galentine’s Day event, all about honoring yourself and connecting with other incredible women in our community.We'll start with an invigorating out & back group walk/run designed for all fitness levels, followed by a relaxing yoga session to stretch and recharge. Afterward, take the opportunity to chat with wellness experts from Charm City Run and Alpha Project Phyzio & Performance. They’ll be on hand to share tips on running, injury prevention, and performance optimization — all while you sip on refreshing drinks and enjoy delicious eats from Frederick Social. Plus, Charm City Run will have demo jogging strollers on site to try out!
