Join us for our first Sweat Series event with Rumble Boxing!
Rumble is a 10-round, 45-minute class evenly divided between two styles of training. Half of the class is spent exploring the skills and drills of boxing, and the other half is spent on the transformative power of resistance training. This class is for experienced and newbies alike, so come sweat it out!
All atendees will recieve a swag bag with lots of goodies in it! More info to come soon!

Pre-Class
Info: Arrive early to get setup with your wraps and gloves (Gloves and wraps are required for class. If you already have your own please bring them. If you do not already have wraps and/or gloves, wraps can be purchased and the studio while gloves can be purchased or rented.)

During Class
Info: Class will begin. During pre-class, we will break down each of the 6 punches and the class format, so you know exactly what to do and when to do it.
