Sessions:
All Day 10.15am to 4pm $55
Morning 10.15am to 1pm $30
Afternoon 1.15pm to 4pm $30
Our day will start with a 30-minute Dance Fitness session that will include warm-ups but no cool down as weāll head straight into a Tips and Tuition session. Weāll break down movements, go over cues and choreography, and look at how to increase or decrease intensity (or manage any injuries we might be carrying). Weāll take a break together and some healthy snacks will be provided along with hot drinks. Weāll then head into another Dance Fitness session where you can put your newfound knowledge to use (or just have some fun and party like itās Friday night)! After a stretch and cooldown, weāll do a bit of a wrap up over lunch (bring your own) and spend some time relaxing and chatting. Hot drinks will be available, or you can pop out if you need a barista made flat white!
If youāre not staying for the full day, weāll say farewell after lunch and the rest of us will prepare to greet those coming in for the afternoon session.
The afternoon will start with a Strong Fit session which will contain elements of our Thursday night class. Weāll then move straight into a Tips and Tuition session which will look at all elements of our Strength Based Combo class. This will include form, technique, options, and how to maximise your weekly workouts. Weāll then take a break with some healthy (and easily digested) snacks before we power into a final Strong Fit session. Following the session, weāll have a decent stretch and take the time to review what weāve learned, chat amongst ourselves, and say farewell before our day concludes at 4pm.
