About this Event
We will be on the sands every Sunday morning at Promontory Point in Hyde Park getting an open workout for 1 hour. This workout consists of calisthenics for the mind, body, and soul. It's important to reset and rejuvenate your body for overall health. That is why I want everyone to join me in transforming themselves through a simple working out conquering each task every minute of the hour. So prepare to get your feet sandy, and prepare to sweat.
The total workout includes:
10-minute full body stretch
40 minutes of Calisthenics that includes:
- Toe Touches
- Pushups
- Body Squats
- Back and forth Lunges
- Mountain Climbers
- V-Up Abs
- Butt Kicks
- Side Lunges
- Planks
- Waiste Down to the Side Planks
(Breaks will happen periodically)
10 minutes end-workout stretch
