The Sweat Club gym is doing a 4 mile FREE Ruck Run/walk 4th of July morning at Greenway Farms in Hixson. All are welcome!We will meet at 8am to avoid the heat and have a group that is running/jogging and a group that is walking it. For the ruck you will need to have some kind of additional weight on you, like a vest. If you don't have a vest you can still them on Amazon or for an easy option, you can wear a backpack with some kind of weight in there (even put some books in it!) We will have some snacks and cold beverages for when we are done and can hang out for a bit if you'd like! Come on out, have fun, wear your red, white and blue and start your 4th off in an awesome way! Bring your friends and family!
We will be doing this rain or shine, starting at 8am!
