Sweat at the Stadium is a fitness sampler event, featuring two workouts: Burn Boot Camp- Avon Lake and a slow flow yoga class, taught by Anna Simi.
The event will feature a large selection of vendors from the Cleveland area.
Classes will take place on the field of the Lake Erie Crushers Stadium!
There will be ample time for participants to walk around the concourse prior to, and following, the featured classes to check out vendors and shop.
