Using S.H.E.'s "PPP" model (Prepare, PUSH, Pamper) and various training variables to include time-under-tension; tempo; varying intensities; and high-rep counts, this in-person movement class is designed to help improve cardiovascular health, build muscular strength and endurance, increase flexibility and relax the mind.
