Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, Bria’s welcoming guidance ensures you feel supported every step of the way. Come as you are and leave affirmed and empowered!
Bria's Journey:
Born and raised in the Washington, DC area, Bria brings a warm and welcoming energy to every class, creating a space where yogis of all levels feel encouraged to explore their practice. Her yoga journey began in 2012 when a challenging pose on Instagram sparked her curiosity. What started as a personal challenge quickly blossomed into a lifelong passion for yoga’s transformative benefits—enhancing flexibility, building strength, and fostering emotional and mental well-being.
With her 200-hour and 300-hour yoga certifications from Spiritual Essence Yoga and Wellness Center and a Trauma Conscious Yoga certification from the Trauma Conscious Yoga Institute, Bria crafts thoughtful, dynamic flows that meet students where they are. She’s passionate about creating classes that blend movement and mindfulness, helping students connect with their bodies and discover new possibilities on and off the mat.
Beyond her vinyasa classes, Bria teaches yin yoga, power flows, and chakra-focused sequences, offering something for everyone. She also leads guided meditations and empowerment sessions, helping students cultivate inner strength, clarity, and balance. Whether you’re just starting your yoga journey or looking to deepen your practice, Bria’s classes promise a blend of challenge, relaxation, and joy.
