This class is taught by Joshua from Prana Studio. About Joshua Craddock:

Joshua Craddock holds dual degrees in Exercise Science and Sport Studies from Towson University. He has been actively teaching movement and mindfulness for nearly 25 years, including over 15 years full-time. He brings a versatile and holistic approach to his instruction, drawing from his array of disciplines and areas of expertise: yoga, qigong, meditation, breathwork, strength and conditioning, functional movement, recovery, and more. Joshua serves as a performance coach for professional and amateur athletes, specializing in combat sports, himself having over 30 years of training in the martial arts. In addition, he has extensive experience as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, running coach, facility manager, and fitness presenter/educator. He is honored and grateful for the opportunity to serve the Annapolis community and the Mid-Atlantic at large.
