SwapBook! began in June 2011 as an optimistic experiment, a group of readers in Mumbai decided to meet and swap their books. Since then to this day, SwapBook! has swapped umpteen books and today hosts regular meets in Mumbai and Nagpur. Described as a "literary haven and a safe space" for discussion and debate, we promise to create the same mirth and merriment now in Namma Ooru!No two SwapBook! meetings are ever alike and each gathering brings a diverse mix of people and opinions. Once the introductions roll off, conversations flow along with coffee (or chocolate) until it's time for dinner. If you are keen, you could continue the chat over the dinner table with fellow readers.We kick off our first meet in Bengaluru on 11th January 2025 at The Bookworm.
