Swap and Shop :This swap and shop will be held in the Airsoft staging area. All parking will be in the regular event parking lot.
Entry Fees:
- VFGPA Members @ FREE ~ you MUST SHOW us your 2025 membership card to get the member's rate;
- Guests @ $5
Seller table fees:
VFGPA Members @ FREE ~ you MUST SHOW us your 2025 membership card to get the member's rate;
- Guests @ $15 per person per table
SCHEDULE:
0915 - 0945: Vendors arrive
1000 - 1400: Swap and Shop
1400 - 1425: pack up
** All participants must sign a VFGPA waiver. IF YOU ARE UNDER AGE 19, you must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver where indicated as the "Guarantor". No exceptions. See our Files section for a printable PDF version of the forms if you want to fill them out in advance and bring them with you.
